Shipping Options and Additional Information

At checkout we provide our customers with two shipping options. These shipping options are outlined below. 

  • Free Shipping: If you choose the free shipping option at check out, once your item is completed, it will be delivered to the address you provided in 1-2 weeks. 
  • Expedited Shipping: If you choose the expedited shipping option at check out, once your item is completed, it will be delivered to the address you provided in 3-5 days. 

Additional Information: Shipping time for each item depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. I ship all of my items and provide tracking information through the United States Postal Service (USPS). There have been no delays in shipping time but due to COVID 19 customers should be mindful of this possibility.

Our packaging for both shipping options is the same. However, customers maybe rewarded for choosing the expedited shipping option with additional freebies added to their order.

 

Returns, Return Process & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase from Creations by Rise. We work hard to make every order perfect and to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Creations by Rise does not process refunds due to the supplies and labor that go into the creation of your handmade product. Please read through the section below for more information on our exchange only policy.

Creations by Rise's only honors exchanged for customers who may have:

  • Received a damaged item.

or

  • Received the incorrect item.

EXCHANGES

An exchange request must be made seven (7) days after the date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any additional freebies that may have come with your item must also be returned new and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at creationsbyrise@gmail.com with the email subject EXCHANGE, your name and order number. Please have pictures available of the item(s) in new and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please, in this same email, also describe why you are requesting an exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCHANGE FINALIZATION 

Once you've sent us an email and we have declared your exchange as fair and honorable, we will provide you will an address to send the item of exchange to. After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
